One decision can rewrite a life. I believe that if people make one simple, faith-filled choice today, it can radically transform their tomorrow. Whether in counseling or in ministry development, I strive to create environments where individuals are empowered to make that life-changing decision—to heal, to grow, and to lead.
New Identity Counseling Services is a Christ-centered counseling practice committed to helping individuals experience emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and personal transformation. Through biblically grounded counseling methods, we guide men and women in overcoming the pain of their past and breaking through current hindrances, enabling them to live fully in the identity and purpose God has designed for them. Our approach integrates clinical insight with biblical truth to bring lasting change and restoration.
Biblical Teaching Ministry
As a Biblical Teacher, I have been divinely called to pioneer a new generation of ministry leaders who are uniquely gifted in the teaching office. My ministry exists to equip, mentor, and empower those called to the teaching ministry—helping them understand that the gift of the Teacher is not only relevant but absolutely essential to the Body of Christ, standing alongside the Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, and Evangelist. I am committed to cultivating a deeper understanding of Scripture, developing doctrinal soundness, and raising up teachers who can rightly divide the Word of truth and faithfully disciple others.

Biblical Counselor | Ordained Teacher | Transformational Minister
I’m Dr. Sebastian Corbin, Psy.D, and I serve at the intersection of faith and restoration. My mission is rooted in two unwavering commitments: my love for God and my love for His people. Through Biblical counseling and Spirit-led teaching, I help individuals break free from the chains of their past and step confidently into the life God designed for them.
My journey began early—I preached my first sermon at just 16 years old. Since then, I’ve walked a path of obedience and preparation, being ordained as a Minister in 1994, a Pastor in 2001, and most recently, an Ordained Teacher in 2024. This progression isn’t just a timeline; it’s a testimony to God’s faithfulness and a reflection of my life’s calling to lead, guide, and teach with clarity and compassion.
What drives me is transformation—not the kind that’s temporary or surface-level, but the kind that comes from deep spiritual renewal. I believe people can be radically changed when they are both grounded in God’s Word and guided through counseling techniques that expose truth, promote healing, and unlock potential.
As a Biblical Counselor and a pioneer in the ministry gift of the Teacher, I use a dual-lens approach: scriptural authority and practical application. With degrees from Hope Bible Institute (Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate), and an Associate’s in Business Management, I combine theological depth with real-world insight.
I work with individuals, families, and leaders who are seeking more than coping mechanisms—they’re looking for God-centered transformation. Whether you’re navigating emotional struggles, spiritual stagnation, leadership challenges, or identity questions, I help you rediscover your purpose, realign with biblical truth, and walk in your divine calling.
Beyond the ministry, I am blessed to be a husband to Jahmika Corbin and a proud father of seven wonderful children. Our family has also been blessed with the joy of a beautiful granddaughter. We reside in Louisiana, where our home is both a place of peace and a base for the work God has called us to do. Family is one of my greatest gifts and greatest ministries, and their love and support fuel everything I do.
